Supernatural Cat was born at the end of the year 2005 from an idea of Malleus Rock Art Lab, wide  world known poster art trio (founded by Lu together with Poia and Urlo of the heavy psych band Ufomammut).
After working for several years on handmade silkscreens for gigs and events, Malleus decided to put the same efforts, quality and attitude in the “record industry”.
Music is art.
Dressing it with special materials, inks and handmade packaging is like giving it even more value and power.

Supernatural Cat is a very DIY label, it’s an evolving sonic project, run only by 3 music addicted guys.
Supernatural Cat has grown, year after year, together with some great bands to create a totally independent “house” for new sounds.
Mainly interested in finding out new and original bands and very inspired music, the intention of the label is to find music that is not closed in any genre, music has to be filled with the breath of originality, something special, something unique.

At now, the label has worked with italian bands only, trying to bring out from Italy some very quality music.

Supernatural Cat considers the record like an handicraft piece, a way totally opposed to the serial logic of today.
Almost every release comes out in a first limited edition run, with handmade numbered silkscreened covers and deluxe packages, including different media supports like vinyl, compact disc and dvd.
At the same time, a standard edition on cd is also released.
All the artworks of the records come out of the Malleus headquarter.

In about 15 years Supernatural Cat has been proud to become the sonic home of great and cool bands such as
